South FL CTO Club gathered again in Boca Raton! 🚀
Our fellow member, Guada Casuso, led the session on “Optimizing the Operator: Biohacking for the High-Performance CTO.”
We discussed the growing role of personal performance optimization in executive leadership, and how CTOs can better manage energy, recovery, and mental bandwidth in high-demand environments.
We covered how many leaders spend years optimizing teams, systems, and execution, while often overlooking the importance of optimizing their own performance and recovery capacity as operators.
We also touched on practical approaches and emerging tools around:
- Monitoring and improving recovery and stress management
- Building sustainable performance habits for long-term resilience
- Enhancing focus, adaptability, and cognitive capacity through data-driven protocols and lifestyle optimization
- Creating routines and recovery frameworks that support consistent high performance under pressure
