Today, we had a great roundtable discussion with the engineering leaders of the South FL CTO Club gathered to tackle the recent market pressures on SaaS. The atmosphere was excellent as we exchanged strategic insights on protecting business models from AI disruption, balancing headcount with budget projections, and navigating the choice between bootstrapping and taking investment.
