We had a great discussion on several questions many organizations are currently grappling with:
Is AI going to replace people long term? And if labor demand changes dramatically, what does that mean for society and organizations?
Where does the AI budget come from? Many leaders shared that funding often comes through incremental or additional investment rather than replacing existing budgets.
Who is still hiring junior engineers — and why? This sparked a healthy debate, with different companies sharing their rationale and approaches.
What does it mean to lead in this moment? And how do we best support the people and teams we’re responsible for while navigating rapid change?
