We covered the disconnect between trying to run 2026 AI capabilities within 2015 organizational structures, where AI speeds up execution but teams still rely on human bottlenecks. We also looked at how leaders are shifting from process-heavy models to outcome-driven pods, where EMs and PM-Agents balance work between people and AI.
